The sweepstakes begins at 12:01AM PT on Monday, September 12, 2016 and ends at 11:59PM PT on Thursday, September 15, 2016 (the “Giveaway Period”).
To enter the sweepstakes, post a comment to our Facebook Gummy Drop! Second Anniversary Giveaway Sweepstakes post with the phrase “Let’s Go Gummy!” during the Giveaway Period. Limit one entry per person.
Entrant’s proof of submission does not constitute proof of receipt by Sponsor. Sponsor’s servers and clock shall be deemed the official clock for the sweepstakes. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, misdirected, late, incomplete, illegible or unintelligible entries or for inaccurate entry information, whether caused by participant or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this sweepstakes, or by any technical or human error that may occur in the processing of entries. Incomplete, duplicate, mechanically reproduced or automated entries are not permitted and will be deemed void.
Prize. Sweepstakes prize is one (1) Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 9.7” (approximate retail value US$399.99) and the following Gummy Drop! in-game items: One (1) Life Lifter, two thousand (2,000) Coins, eight thousand Travel Vouchers, and five (5) of each of the following Boosts: five (5) each of Lightning Bolt, Shovel, Extra Moves, Sonic Boom and Combo (approximate retail value US$70.00). Winner is responsible for paying all costs and expenses related to the prizes that are not specifically mentioned, including but not limited to taxes.
Prize Drawing. Sponsor will randomly select one winner (the “Winner”) from the eligible entries on September 16, 2016. The exact time will be at Sponsor’s sole discretion. An announcement of the Winner will be made on Facebook. Winner will also be alerted in a reply to Winner’s original entry comment on the Facebook post. Winner must send a private message to the Gummy Drop! Facebook page or send an email to gummydrop@bigfishgames.com within 15 days of the announcement to claim sweepstakes prize. If any prize is not claimed within 15 days, or if any potential winner does not meet the eligibility criteria, an alternate winner will be selected.
Winner may be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release. Any prize won by a minor will be awarded to such minor’s parent or legal guardian who must sign and return any required documentation. Winner must provide a mailing address to which the sweepstakes prize will be sent. In order to claim in-game items, Winner must provide an email address linked to the Winner’s Gummy Drop! account.
